If you get into some trouble while the transaction and it gets failed then you simply need to give them a call and hopefully they will get the problem sorted out in 1-2 days only. Few of my friends have got their transactions failed due to internet connection issues and it took only a single day to have evrything settled down. Good response, isn't it?

I've personally enjoyed the cash back on flight bookings many a times and I think this offer is even better. This is what GoAir claims about its GoFlexi scheme. They will certainly have few deductions under taxes or other similar heads, but it's more likely that you'll get more refund after cancellation as compared to others. Reason being, those charges will be applicable everywhere else and you'll need to pay the cancellation charges in addition to those charges. Re-shceduling is supposed to be even better under this scheme.
