I think this is quite a good card for those who frequently travel by train. The Railway Points earned can be redeemed for free tickets. The other benefits listed above add more value to the card. Very few other cards give attractive discounts/offers for train bookings. This card is being brought to the customers by - SBI Cards and Indian Railways through IRCTC. So, it's very likely that the joint venture will keep offering attractive benefits for train bookings in future as well. Even if someone doesn't travel very frequently by train, s/he can go for this card and use it especially for train and/or other bookings at IRCTC. Of course, do it only if you are able to handle the problem of managing many credit cards :-)
