Description: All eligible subscribers of the Axis Bank Platinum Credit Card are entitled to an offer, which consists of a free return flight (economy class) to any destination set out in the Booking Request Form. The departure airport will determine the available destinations and there won't be any choice of airline. Every eligible customer can fly to Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur or Dubai and back for free. Only taxes and surcharges will be charged. You may also have more choices of destinations to choose from.

Axis Bank will send the Booking Request Form via registered post or courier within 30 business days of the relevant individual becoming an eligible subscriber and you need to send the completed Booking Request Form via registered post or courier, direct to the address given in the form. If a group is travelling together then only one member of it will be eligible to use the Booking Request Form. You need to specify three alternative destinations and three alternative dates of travel on the Booking Request Form. TLC, the company administering the offer, will contact within 30 days of receiving the completed Booking Request Form. You should keep a photo copy of the Form for your reference.

Airport and other taxes, passenger service charges, airline failure insurance and other surcharges levied bu the airline or travel organizersare excluded from this offer. All Visa related formalities are to be undertaken by Card member. You may read all the terms and conditions here.

If you're an eligible Axix Bank Platinum card holder then you may like to consider this offer. I'm not very sure about how much will they charge for taxes and surcharges, but they will certainly let you know that before getting your bookings done. You'll have a choice of either going for that or not at that time. So, wait for the Booking Request Form to reach you and send the completed form to TLC. I hope, you won't need to pay tooo much on taxes and surcharges :-)
