There are tickets for Rs. 550, Rs. 600, Rs. 750, Rs. 800, Rs. 850, etc. for various other sectors and the current maximum base fare is Rs. 1050 (which keeps changing). I think, Jet Airways tickets even at a base fare of Rs. 1000 is not a bad deal if you find the flights under this scheme suitable to your plan of travel.
